These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ink of Devotion website and your purchases of both monthly subscription plans and individual items offered through our online shop. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Overview

Ink of Devotion (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides:

  1. A monthly physical subscription mailing containing faith-based printed materials.

  2. Individual items available for purchase, such as postcards, prints, stickers, or other stationery.

 

These Terms apply to both types of purchases.

 

Subscriptions

​

Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • Subscription plans renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly).

  • By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge your chosen payment method at each renewal.

  • Your plan will remain active until you cancel.

 

Cancellations

  • You may cancel anytime through your account.

  • Cancellations must occur before your next billing date.

  • Charges already processed cannot be refunded.

  • If you cancel after payment, the upcoming month’s envelope will still be delivered.

 

Refunds

  • Subscription sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of the content.

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for subscription envelopes

Individual Item Purchases

 

Pricing & Availability

  • Prices for single items are listed on the product page.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue products at any time.

Order Processing

  • Individual items are processed and shipped separately from monthly subscription mailings unless otherwise stated.

  • Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your order.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • All individual item sales are final.

  • Due to the nature of printed materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days, and we will make it right.

Shipping

Subscription Shipping

  • Subscription envelopes ship during the first week of each month.

  • All letters are mailed with stamps and do not include tracking. 

  • US Shipping: 1-5 business days 

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days 

 

Individual Item Shipping

  • All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping prices depend on the size/weight of the products purchased along with the final destination.

General Shipping Terms

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage may be required for reshipment.

 

Preorders

  • Preorder payments reserve your upcoming item or subscription mailing.

  • Preorders are charged at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • Estimated shipping dates for preorders will be listed on the product page.

 

Intellectual Property

All designs, prints, devotionals, cards, and digital/physical materials created by Ink of Devotion are protected intellectual property.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them without permission.

 

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas

  • Copy or scrape content

  • Interfere with site functionality

We may suspend or restrict access to anyone violating these Terms.

 

Limitation of Liability

Ink of Devotion is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Issues caused by third-party payment processors

  • Customer misuse of products

  • Losses due to inaccurate address entry

 

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. All changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
