At Ink of Devotion, each item — whether part of the monthly subscription or sold individually — is created in small batches with great care. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read the details below.
Subscription Refunds
All subscription sales are final.
Once a subscription payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
This includes:

Monthly subscription renewals

Preorders for upcoming months
If you cancel your subscription after your payment has processed, you will still receive that month’s mailing. Your cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
We cannot offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Disliking the theme or style of a monthly mailing

Delays caused by USPS
-
Failure to update your shipping address before mailing
Refunds for Individual Purchases
All individual item sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

Prints
-
Postcards
-
Stickers
-
Scripture cards
-
Devotional cards
-
Any other stationery or paper goods
Because these items are printed to order and sensitive to handling, returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives:

Damaged

Incorrect

Missing items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Include:

Your name

Order number

A description of the issue

A clear photo (if applicable)
We will repair the issue by:

Sending a replacement, or
-
Offering an equivalent item if the original is no longer available
Refunds are only considered if we are unable to replace the item.
Lost or Delayed Mail
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, mail forwarding, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

Please check with your local post office or household members

We cannot issue refunds for orders marked as delivered
We may, at our discretion, offer a one-time replacement for lost mail, but this is not guaranteed.
Subscription Address Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their address is accurate and updated.
If an envelope is returned due to an incorrect or outdated address:

The reshipment will require additional postage
Refunds cannot be issued for mail returned due to customer error.
Preorders
All preorder payments are final.
Preordered items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled once purchased.
Estimated shipping dates are provided but may vary; delays do not qualify for refunds.
