Thank you for supporting Ink of Devotion. Below are the details on how we ship subscription envelopes and individual orders.
Subscription Shipping
Shipping Schedule
Monthly subscription envelopes ship during the first week of each month.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping Method
Most subscription envelopes are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail from Connecticut.
Estimated Delivery Time
U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your postal region.
Please note:
Delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or local mail volume are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Shipping for Individual Item Orders
Individual items (prints, postcards, stickers, stationery) may ship:

Within 3–7 business days, OR

Alongside your next subscription envelope (depending on availability)
Processing times will be listed on product pages whenever possible.
Shipping Method
Individual items are normally shipped via USPS First-Class Mail, but heavier orders may ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. UPS may also be used.
Combined Shipping
If you place an order for individual items close to your subscription shipping date, we may combine them into one package for convenience.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.
Rates and delivery times vary based on destination.
Customs fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect addresses

Missing apartment/unit numbers

Forwarding errors
If your order is returned to us:

Reshipment will require an additional postage fee
Lost or Delayed Mail
If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:

Check with household members

Check with your local post office

Wait 48 hours in case USPS completes late delivery
We cannot issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.
At our discretion, we may offer a one-time replacement.
If your package is truly lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us so we can assist.
Damaged Shipments
If your envelope or item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with:

Order number

Photo of the damage
We will replace the item whenever possible.
Preorder Shipping
Preorder items ship on or before the timeframe listed on the product page.
Preorder dates are estimates and may shift based on production and mail volume.
Preorder purchases are final and cannot be canceled once placed.
